Don Higinio Gomez lives and farms on Finca Las Moritas, high in the Sierra de las Minas mountains northeast of Guatemala City. Coffee grows here on steep slopes, fed by natural springs and lush volcanic soil. Beautifully ripe cherry from each day's picking is transported nightly to the Nueva Esperanza mill in Antigua for immaculate processing. The result of these ideal conditions is a profile of sweet caramels mixed with great depth and complexity of fruits. Notes: Blackberry | Green Apple |
