Good espresso is really sweet. When we realized we had the chance to develop a new espresso blend, we focused mainly on how we could get it to be super sweet and what kinds of sweetnesses we could get in it. We settled on a blend of naturally-processed Brazil Oberon (good natural Brazils tend to lend a lot of body and chocolate sweetness to a coffee) and washed coffee from Honduras. That combo allows this version of Night Vision to get some fruity sweetness and dark cherry in with it’s chocolate and caramel. Line up a straight espresso or have it in one of our delicious milk drinks.
