A few of us went to MANE, the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast Coffee Conference, this weekend and we have never been more inspired to make and talk about coffee. In addition to inspiration, we got a bunch of awesome coffee at MANE, and that coffee is some of what we will be tasting at our weekly cuppings this week.
