Kick off your new year with our single-origins!

January 15, 2016

Three single origins: Wote Konga from Ethiopia with notes of bergamot, mango, black tea. El Zarzal from Colombia with notes of brown sugar, grape, walnut. Volcan de Fuego from Mexico with notes of toffee, chocolate, honeydew.

Our single-origin coffees are brewed to order in an aeropress, which gives us the control needed to express their flavor notes that make them special. Using this process, you can best taste the flavor notes of these single-origins.

The three single-origins to start off the year are Wote Konga, El Zarzal, and Volcan de Fuego.

Wote Konga, from Ethiopia, has flavor notes of mango, bergamot, and black tea. It is a rather delicious coffee if you are looking for a mix of tropical, floral, and citrusy flavors.

El Zarzal, from Colombia, has flavor notes of walnut, grape, and brown sugar. It is a super-balanced Colombian coffee. It definitely has some nuttiness, along with a taste of grape and the acidity of lime as well.

Volcan de Fuego, from Mexico, has flavor notes of chocolate, toffee, and honeydew. It's a great coffee for the chocolate lovers out there.
