Hey, friends. We’re edging into that awesome time during which we actively solicit samples from roasters to figure out which coffees we’re going to bring in for our next Single Origin menu. One fun thing thing that means is that we’re going to start getting a whole lot of different coffees to cup during our public cuppings! Come by the 31st St. Training Center/Cupping Lab on:
