A Message From Our Founder, Gregory Zamfotis
To our Gregulars,
The health, wellness, and safety of you and our team is our first priority. On March 11, we immediately took all preventative and proactive measures from the CDC to keep our spaces clean against this virus. A week later, due to the evolving nature of COVID-19, we had to make the gut-wrenching decision to temporarily close all 31 of our Gregorys locations.
While we do believe this was the best decision to make for our staff and community, it left many of our amazing baristas in an extremely vulnerable position.
As a result, we have created a Virtual Tip Jar to reduce the financial strain during these time. This tip jar is the place for those Gregulars who can to serve our baristas with the same endless smiles and positive vibes. These funds will be equally and transparently distributed to our world class staff.

We have also been able to open our roastery up to allow us to operate in a safe and efficient way so that you can see coffee differently at home.

Although, These are hard times and we are in this together. You’re anything but regular. You’re Gregulars. That makes you family. We take care of our own because we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between your health and your coffee shop.
