On the morning of November 25th, Gregorys Coffee did a Spinal Tap on it and went all the way to eleven. With our eleventh store, we've breached new territory: you can find us in the Hudson Square neighborhood - namely, 350 Hudson Street. Before you stop on by in person, here's a fresh peek of Hudson's cosy-cornered entrance and spacious interior:
The calm before the storm.
And the morning after/first morning of.
The Gregorys logo lording over the environs - like the eye of Sauron, but only on the lookout for great coffee.
All of the lights / All of the lights / All of the lights / All of the lights
Of course, despite the new location and new-coffee shop smell, this is the Gregorys you know and (one would hope) love: Did you see those growlers prowling on the shelves? The centered banner with sharp doodles from our creatively-inclined baristas? The sound advice to "Become a Gregular" and earn sweeeet rewards with our Gregorys Coffee App? In many ways, it's more of the same when it comes to seeing coffee differently.
A raison d'être if ever there was one, the staple aeropress bar rearing to go in brewing our single origin selection.
Freshly-delivered pastries with the tote bag for all wishful/beautiful thinkers.
And of course, the coffee: Here's Bailey, Director of Education, proving she's still got it when it comes to latte art.
So with all this in mind, stop by 350 Hudson and meet the dream team behind the bar. Some faces (seen below) may well be familiar if you have visited any of our other stores; Alex, the newly donned manager (and rightmost in green), made his way from Fash Ave, so any Alex-related withdrawals are only an A/C train away.
