After a successful test run at 46th Street, Hudson Valley Fresh milk will, as of today, be our go-to milk at all of our locations. Produced by a cooperative of farmers in (shockingly) the Hudson River Valley, this milk is local, fresh, sustainably farmed, and tastes really, really good. We think our cappuccinos and lattes have gotten even better and can’t wait for all our Gregulars try one.
